Vachement Suisse ships within Switzerland and Europe. For orders outside of these regions, please send an email to sarah@vachementsuisse.com. The shipping rate depends on the weight of the items purchased. Please note that all priority orders will be shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order, with the exception of weekends, which can take longer.

*IMPORTANT: We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs taxes or duties. Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. This applies to international orders. Switzerland is not part of the EU so European countries may still have to pay import duties.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

You can return unopened and unused merchandise within 14 days of purchase, however shipping costs are non-refundable. Please email us if you will be making a return and ship to:
